Okay. It is freezing
today! I know this isn't Facebook, so I shouldn't be stating the obvious, lol,
but it's cold! I've got a table top heater on night next to me to prevent my
fingers from freezing off. Is it cold where you are? Yes, I have the heat on in
my house too, but I just can't seem to warm up. The warmest it is supposed to
get is 10. 10 measly degrees. Believe me when I say this, I have already begun
to count down until Spring. 55 days to
go!
So, I've been
feeling crafty lately. Yay! It feels so good to have that creative mojo
back. If you're a scrapbooker or a
crafter, there is probably a good chance that you have many supplies that go
unused. Don't be shy, I know you do.
Mine weakness is stamps. They are just so stinkin cute that I can't
resist buying them. But guess what? I
never use them. Out of the 100 stamps and stamp sets I have, I probably haven't
used 99.9% of them; not even once. Well,
with money being tight and me not really being able to buy any new craft stuff
(Like I need anymore anyway….) I decided to challenge myself and actually use
my stamps. With valentines day just around the corner and me trying to
scrapbook more, I decided to make some Valentine journal cards.
I was impressed with
myself, I'm not a stamper…I'm just a stamp collector, but I was impressed with
how these turned out. It actually made me want to use my stamps more.
This one is my
favorite one out of the bunch. Isn't it cute? You know what the best part of making these Valentine journal cards was? I used up my scrap paper! I'm a scrap paper collector too....don't judge. *smile*

These are so cute :)
Terrific journal cards. I have my heater out too (my scraproom has 4 windows and I swear the wind is just blowing right through)
These are really good, a great way to put those stamps to use! I love the owl. x
